  • The Club will offer 350 equity Golf Memberships. The current Golf Membership Contribution is $175,000. In addition, equity Social Memberships may be offered to Buyers who purchase property and who do not wish to purchase a Golf Membership. The current Social Membership Contribution is $87,500.

  • Dues will be fixed by the Club from time to time and will be payable annually in advance or as otherwise determined by the Club. The dues are set forth on the Schedule of Dues, Fees and Charges. For golf equity members, current annual dues are $23,000, plus $6,000 capital dues. For social members, current annual dues are $11,500, plus $3,000 capital dues.

  • You will receive 25% of the new member’s Membership Contribution.

  • The Club is controlled by a Board of Directors elected by the Equity Members.

  • Golf Equity Members will be entitled to use all of the Club Facilities. They will pay cart fees but are not required to pay green fees.

  • Social Members will be entitled to use all of the Club Facilities except the golf course and golf practice facilities, except as the guest of a Golf Member.

  • Yes. The Primary Member, his/her spouse, and their unmarried children under the age of 26 will have membership privileges.

  • Extended Family shall include the Primary Member and his/her spouse’s: parents, adult children not included in the definition of Immediate Family, grandparents, grandchildren, and the spouses of those such family members.

  • Extended Family may play unaccompanied and/or bring guests subject to the Primary Playing Times Policy. No Guest Fees will be charged for Extended Family. They can use all other Club Facilities and bring guests at any time. Normal Guest fees and restrictions apply for their guests.

  • Yes. You may invite guests to use the Club Facilities in accordance with the Rules and Regulations and Bylaws of the Club relating to Guests, upon the payment of applicable Guest Fees and charges established by the Club from time to time. All Guests must be accompanied by a Member. No Guest may use the golf facilities more than four (4) times in a calendar year, regardless of the sponsoring Member unless otherwise determined by the Club from time to time. The current guest fee for 18 holes of golf is $200/player plus applicable tax.

  • Although each membership has family and guest privileges, the Club may establish primary playing times during which Immediate and family and/or guest rounds may be restricted to regulate golf play during primary playing times. Tee times may be scheduled 14 days in advance for Primary Members, 4 days in advance for Extended Family. The Club may designate times when only members and their spouses may play, notwithstanding any provision in the Membership Plan or in the Rules and Regulations. Guests must be accompanied by their sponsoring member at all times.

  • Yes. You may arrange for the Club to reissue your membership to the subsequent buyer of your property, provided the buyer: 1) Completes the membership process; 2) Is approved for membership; 3) Pays the Membership Contribution required for new members at that time.
